Agnes Rozaliya Das is the Co-founder and the driving force behind Ayil Makers, a modern, online first startup built not just on services, but on emotion, resilience, and purpose. A self made entrepreneur with a B.Voc in Financial Management from Bangalore, Agnes began her journey with no shortcuts only clarity, courage, and the belief that pain can be transformed into progress.
Powerfully rebranded in 2025, Ayil Makers reflects her evolution as a leader and her vision to build something meaningful in a world full of noise. Offering multiple creative and digital services, Ayil Makers stands as a symbol of trust, growth, and collaboration, shaped by Agnes's real world experiences and her deep understanding of people, struggles, and ambition.
She believes success is not measured only in numbers, but in smiles created, opportunities given, and lives touched because she knows what it feels like to not receive them when they were needed most. "Strong smile is what all we need to succeed our dreams" is the emotion she lives by.
Her leadership philosophy is simple yet powerful: "We will do it together no matter what hurts, no matter how hard it gets." This belief is shared deeply with her co-founder Mithun Karthick, her closest support system and "lovable guy," who stands beside her with the same intention to build a future where people smile more than they suffer.
"Serndhu nadandhaa dhaan vetri," is not just a sentence for them, but a promise. In Kannada, her vision echoes as "Ondu kooda nadeyuva payana, innobbara mukha nodi nagaluva saadhane."

With a B.Tech in Cyber Security from VIT and a Diploma in Programming from IIT Madras, Mithun blends technical expertise, strategic insight, and hands on problem solving to lead the company's growth. Ayil Makers is more than a role it is his dream, a mission that drives him forward with unwavering focus, loyalty, and responsibility.
